1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the GeoIP API service ("Service") provided by Bootstrapped Ventures LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

GeoIP API provides IP geolocation data through a RESTful API interface. The Service allows users to query geographical information associated with IP addresses, including but not limited to country, region, city, and coordinates.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your API token
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your API token with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Resell or redistribute the data without authorization
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure

5. Rate Limits and Usage

Each subscription plan has specific rate limits. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary service restrictions. Repeated violations may lead to account suspension or termination.

6. Payment Terms

For paid subscription plans:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months of service

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate geolocation data, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. IP geolocation is inherently imprecise, and results should be used as approximations only.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bootstrapped Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
